The Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Ireland
The complex of buildings and facilities of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Ireland (Dublin) was partially commissioned in 2021 (building of the Consular Department), construction is currently underway.
Reconstruction of the current Embassy building and the auxiliary facilities on its territory includes the following:
- demolition of two single-storey buildings;
- preservation of the current Embassy building with carrying out external and internal construction works, construction of 2nd and 3rd floors above the basement of the new part of the Embassy building with the auxiliary premises (additional 5019 sq. m.);
- demolition of the current consulate building and construction of the new one with a semi-basement (357 sq. m.);
- replacement of the existing external fencing with a new one;
- construction of a new single-storey building of the power sub-station and auxiliary facilities (62 sq. m.);
- construction of a new single-storey mail receiving building (19 sq. m.);
- internal architectural replanning and construction of a new inclined roof over the existing 2-storey residential building;
- construction of two three-storey residential buildings (with semi-basements) for the employees (865 sq. m. each), with 8 separate apartments, common laundry room, playrooms, storage closets etc.
- relocation of the existing tennis and volleyball courts, construction of a new playground
- landscape design.
Total floor area of the premises: 8328 sq. m.
